I am a huge coffee fan, and usually I get my cup from Starbucks or CBTL in Eastwood. Lately though I'd order my cappuccino from Tim Hortons, but I digress. Today's review is about the 'Most Instagram-worthy Coffee Shop' and its branch along E. Rodriguez Jr. avenue in Libis, Quezon City.

Welcome to Coffee Project. In less than 5 years, what first started as a small branch in one of the malls in Alabang, Muntinlupa has expanded to over 30 branches across the country. What can be recognized as a distinct competitive advantage of Coffee Project is its singular aim to achieving the value proposition of being the most instragrammable coffee shop in the Philippines. The focus on providing good quality concoctions of espresso based drinks and mouth-watering pastries and food, coupled with creating the memorable experience for each customer is the aim of its every single branch.

According to reviews, many of the coffee shop's patrons are hooked with the Vietnamese Latte that's made from Nguyen beans that's imported from Vietnam. The beans are said to have that rich, robust, and flavorful coffee taste with a hint of chocolaty notes. Unfortunately, I did not get to taste this when I visited the branch in Libis, but it isn't the food that really brings the shop to the top.

The interior of each coffee shop are exceptional, giving Coffee Project an edge among its competitors. To be honest, it was really the place that hooked me to visit. Customers of Coffee Project says that the place reminds them of a forest or a hidden garden. The interior of the branch I visited is filled with flowers and greens that made me feel refreshed, happy and my friends all had that pleasantly surprised look when they saw the beautiful decors of the shop. Have you ever seen a coffee shop in the Philippines that grows a tree inside? That was exactly what we saw inside Coffee Project. Even the seats and lighting made our mood light and vibrant. I can certainly imagine spending hours and hours inside the shop with my coffee on the side, probably writing, or maybe studying.

With areas for coffee drinkers that are just passing the time, comfortable seating pieces are provided around the shop. There are also long tables for those who may want to have a meeting, and comfortable sofas for groups who are just there to hang around. What an extraordinary concept of building a space that respects and creates a personal space for each type of customers. Truly the shop is living up to its promise of becoming the most Instagram worthy space for its customers.
